Multi-site selector: Streamlined management across locations in Airfob Pro.

Managing multiple sites just got easier with the introduction of the Multi-Site Selector in the Airfob Pro Web Portal and Mobile App. This new feature, available from october 21th, enables administrators to handle multiple sites from one centralized account—giving you full control, whether you’re overseeing coworking spaces, office buildings, or distributed locations.

Whether you’re managing a single property or dozens, Airfob Pro’s Multi-Site Selector ensures that you have complete control over site access, no matter where you are. Before, administrators had to create email aliases to manage several accounts. Now, with just one email account, they can now toggle between multiple locations with just a few clicks, enhancing efficiency, saving time, and supporting the demands of large-scale operations.

Simplifying site management.

With the Multi-Site Selector, Airfob Pro admins can now manage multiple sites with a single email address, streamlining workflows and reducing the need for switching between accounts.

Administrators can quickly navigate between sites using a clean, intuitive interface in both the web portal and mobile app. This is particularly useful for businesses with multiple locations or facilities under their control.

Key Features:

  • Favorites: Admins can prioritize and pin favorite sites to the top of their list, ensuring fast access to frequently managed locations.
  • Search & Sorting: The Multi-Site Selector allows searching by site name and other criteria, with sorting options to help admins stay organized.
  • Leave Site Option: Admins can seamlessly leave a site without deleting the account, as long as there is another “site master” to manage that location.

How does it work.

When Airfob Pro admins are invited to manage a new site using the same email address as their existing site, they will automatically gain the ability to select and manage the new location through the multi-site selector upon accepting the invitation.

For admins already registered across multiple sites using different email addresses, they can request Airfob to federate their identity across those sites, allowing them to easily switch between sites using a single login.
